Martin is an advisor and angel investor with 15 years’ experience as professional investor, primarily as former General Partner in Creandum (first VC in Spotify). There he was responsible for multiple exits, such as Jays AB (IPO), IPtronics (acquired by Mellanox) and Nanoradio (acquired by Samsung).
Before embarking on his journey as an investor, Martin was a serial entrepreneur who started multiple companies. In addition to angel investing, he has or have held several chairman positions on such Norwegian start-up No Isolation, British venture fund Frog Capital or US based start-up Automile. Martin’s track record includes more than 15 years of operational experience as CEO and more than 25 years of board experience from tech companies.
Junior partner with responsibility of property investments
As Junior Partner, Rebecca manages Haflo’s daily operations. Besides staying on top of everything from EBITDA to employees, Rebecca is also head of Haflo’s property investments.
Rebecca has a Bachelor in Business Studies from Cass Business School and The University of Hong Kong. She is also currently finishing an MSc in Finance and Accounting from Imperial Business School in London.
Associate with responsibility for portfolio company investments
As Associate, Alexandra is responsible for Haflo’s portfolio company investments. She manages deal sourcing and supports our entrepreneurs any way Haflo can.
Alexandra has a Bachelor in Business Management from Uppsala University, including studies at Singapore Management University. Previously she also worked as a digital marketing consultant.
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Paola’s attentive eye to details keeps Haflo’s books in shape. Before joining Haflo, she worked as a Financial Accountant at venture fund Creandum and as CFO at start-up Load Impact. Paola has therefore seen both sides of the venture capital world, making her an invaluable resource to Haflo and its portfolio.
Paola is also currently pursuing further studies at Stockholm’s University with the ambition to hold an MBA in the near future.
