Martin Hauge
Martin is an advisor and angel investor with 15 years’ experience as professional investor, primarily as former General Partner in Creandum (first VC in Spotify). There he was responsible for multiple exits, such as Jays AB (IPO), IPtronics (acquired by Mellanox) and Nanoradio (acquired by Samsung).
Before embarking on his journey as an investor, Martin was a serial entrepreneur who started multiple companies. In addition to angel investing, he has or have held several chairman positions on such American-Danish start-up The Org, British venture fund Frog Capital or US based start-up Automile. Martin’s track record includes more than 15 years of operational experience as CEO and more than 25 years of board experience from tech companies.
Rebecca Holbeck
Chief Operating Officer
Rebecca manages Haflo’s overall portfolio allocation. Besides staying on top of everything from strategies to employees, Rebecca is also head of Haflo’s property investments and trading portfolio.
Rebecca has a BSc in Business Studies from Cass Business School and an MSc in Finance and Accounting from Imperial Business School.
Paola Hellmalm
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Paola’s attentive eye to details keeps Haflo’s books in shape. Before joining Haflo, she worked as a Financial Accountant at Creandum and as CFO at Load Impact. Paola has therefore seen both sides of the venture capital world, making her an invaluable resource to Haflo and its portfolio.
Paola is currently pursuing a Masters in Accounting at Stockholm University.
Victoria Olbing
Executive Assistant
As an Executive Assistant, Victoria makes sure that the Haflo office and operations run smoothly. She keeps an extra eye on our venture capital investments, including our portfolio of startups & VC funds.
Victoria has a background as a BSc student in Economics at Stockholm University.
