Martin Hauge

Martin is an advisor and angel investor with 15 years’ experience as a professional investor, primarily as former General Partner in Creandum (first VC in Spotify), where he was responsible for multiple exits a.o. Jays AB (IPO), IPtronics (acquired by Mellanox) and Nanoradio (acquired by Samsung). He is an investor in London based Kindred Capital, Felix Capital and Frog Capital where he is the Chairman of the Board. Martin has started multiple companies and he is or has recently been on the board of No Isolation (N), Automile (US), Appear TV (N), Vivino (US) and Auto-Butler (DK). In addition, he recently invested in the Slovakian flying car company AeroMobil. Martin's track record includes more than 15 years of operational experience as a CEO and more than 25 years of board experience from tech companies.

Julie Hauge

Julie Hauge recently graduated Cum Laude from New York University Shanghai, where she was a student in their inaugural class. Julie majored in business and finance and received a minor in entrepreneurship from the Tel Aviv campus. During her undergraduate career, she also spent one semester in Tel Aviv and six months in New York. Over the past four years, she has interned in a variety of companies, including Vivino (USA), Kraftvaerk (DK), AstraZeneca (CH), and Startup Nation Central (IL). She has consulted for several startups, working with CEO's create high impact pitch decks to help raise funding rounds.

Rebecca Holbeck

Rebecca is originally from Lund in Sweden and has lived in both London and Hong Kong before she joined Haflo in 2016. Rebecca has a bachelor in business from Cass Business School and she is currently studying towards her MSc in Finance and Accounting from Imperial Business School in London. Rebecca has the role as Junior Partner at Haflo and she is covering a broad range of responsibilities from managing new deals and supporting our portfolio companies. 

 

 

Sophia Noel

Sophia is a Peruvian/ American investment consultant with a marketing background. She recently completed her undergraduate degree at NYU’s portal campus in Shanghai, China where she formed part of the inaugural class and majored in Business and Finance. Her interests in marketing and finance were strengthened during her year abroad in New York City, where she interned and worked in both fields, analyzing investments and raising sales. Sophia is also fluent in English and Spanish, and has intermediate proficiency in Mandarin. She has lived in various countries in South America, as well as the US and China.  

Max Reiff

Max Reiff

Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and a graduate of NYU Shanghai with Founders Honors, Max holds a B.Sc. in Business and Finance, a Minor in Entrepreneurship, and a Chinese BA in Economics. An early investor in Bitcoin, Max is an investment analyst by training and his track record includes work at Stockholm based venture capital firm, Creandum (SE); Global conglomerate, Hewlett-Packard (IL); and Shanghai based marketing agency, TGAA (SH). While a native English speaker, Max achieved high intermediate proficiency in Mandarin while living in Shanghai. On the side, Max is a blockchain enthusiast and a top nationally ranked squash player in the USA. At Haflo, Max manages new investments as well as our growing portfolio of crypto based assets.
